The AppliedeX Advantage
Slab Stabilization & Lifting Process
Diagnose & Prepare
The process begins with a detailed inspection of the slab to identify voids, soil issues, and the cause of settlement. Once assessed, technicians drill small injection holes and prepare the area for precise material placement.
Inject Stabilizing Material
A specialized lifting material, such as expanding polyurethane or grout is injected beneath the slab to fill voids and strengthen the base. As it expands, the slab is raised gradually and accurately to its proper elevation.
Level, Verify & Finish
After the slab reaches the correct height, the crew checks the surface to confirm it is level and properly supported. They then patch the injection holes, clean the area, and ensure the slab is stable for long‑term use.
